Note: We do not store or have access to your full credit card numbers. All sensitive financial data is processed exclusively by our MoR, Creem.io.

Payments via Creem.io

Revolink uses Creem (https://creem.io) as our Merchant of Record. To facilitate a purchase, we share only your email address with Creem. Their use of your data is governed by the Creem Privacy Policy.

Analytics Data (URL Clicks)

When any user (registered or not) clicks on a shortened URL, we collect data to provide analytics to the link creator:

Support Files Retention: Any files or documents sent to our support team are stored for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt or processing, after which they are permanently deleted from our systems.

Analytics Retention: Detailed click statistics are stored for specific durations that depend on your active subscription tier. Once the retention period for your tier expires, the detailed analytics data is either anonymized or permanently deleted from our servers.

Our Service is hosted on secure servers located in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). This location ensures that your data is processed according to high European data protection standards. Your consent to this Privacy Policy represents Your agreement to this processing location.
